For many commercial and industrial customers, part of the electricity bill is a maximum demand (MD) charge, based on the highest average demand recorded over a 30-minute window in the month.

Green Xperts funds, installs, insures and maintains the system. You pay for the solar power you use at a lower rate than the grid, under a long-term tenure agreement.
The system is owned and maintained by Green Xperts during the tenure agreement. Terms for each project are set out in the agreement.
